Busnago can be reached from the Milan-Brescia motorway (A4) by getting off at Trezzo sull'Adda and continuing on viale Italia. 

Alternatively, it can be reached from the eastern ring road of Milan (A51) exiting at Vimercate sud and continuing along via Trezzo on Provincial Road 2.
